Worcestershire Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Whisk all the ingredients together. Combine in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Keep it between a boil and a simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
