I recently found your blog. Always on the lookout for new ways to make hummus, I saw this recipe and made it today. Man oh man is it good! I used the red chili powder (from the Indian grocery store). I am going to make another batch today, to take to work tomorrow. And I plan to try some of the other recipes here that have caught my eye…like the gluten free banana pancakes. Thanks!!!
