Speaking as the friend for whom Evan made this cake, it is DELICIOUS!!! It’s better than any gluten-full cake I have ever had – and the frosting is delicious (and usually I don’t rave about frosting). Flour Bakery, High Rise Bakery, Finale Dessert (once the places I used to frequent daily), eat your heart out! Evan wins the cake!!! (literally). YUMMMMMM!!!! (hey evan, when are you going to make this for me again – wink, wink)
