I usually take the lazy route and throw in a can of drained, diced tomatoes and add a ton of garlic.  But this would be perfect for a nicer, more aesthetically pleasing alternative.  Especially with those very last few tomatoes still hanging on from summer&#039;s produce. :D]]></description>
